~~    I will continue to educate myself regarding the practice of massage and offer techniques that I believe to be beneficial to your health.

~~    I will be reliable and timely. If I am sick I will contact you and if you are sick please contact me; lets keep the illnesses from spreading please. Please be on time for your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule for a non-emergency,  please provide 24 hours notice and I will offer you the same respect.

Well, you have definitely made the right choice by seeking Massage Therapy in conjunction with Chiropractic work. I have been fortunate to work with a very talented Chiropractor over the past three years and have seen tremendous improvement in the over all health, range of motion, mobility, recovery from auto accidents  & sports injury of the patients we have in common.  As for those of you who already recieve massage on a regular basis for health maintenance~ fantastic! & I  encourage you to continue!  I believe to the core (no pun intended) that Massage can change your overall well being, both physically and psychologically. So...make your next appointment and stay on the path to health!  I suggest a treatment plan of every 3-5 weeks for massage therapy and when in conjuction with chiropractic services, I would suggest that you come in for a half hour to an hour massage, prior to your visit with the Doctor; your ajustments will be more comfortable and successful.

See you soon!  RJ
